A consistent training experience doesn’t have to be tiresome or boring.

We aim to create an exercise space that’s friendly and fun. Our philosophy for health and fitness is to have a varied approach to programming. Dispersing the impact of rigorous exercise by considering all aspects of movement by improving strength, mobility and body awareness. Essentially, we’re teaching people how to move.

Variety

All Bases PT mission is to cover all bases in a fitness service. Some of our clients have been training with Shawn for over ten years. This means their needs have changed. Things like goals, age and stage in life, even health, can change.

A varied approach has allowed them to always keep health and fitness a priority in their lives. 

Group Sessions

Our group session are kept small, with no more than eight participants per class. This ensures that everyone receives enough attention and coaching.

Every class is structured to have a different focus in each session. Ie. one session will be a cardio interval session, another a martial arts for fitness session, another a lifting strength session and another a mobility/flexibility session. All of this is to ensure that your body is balanced in all areas of movement.
