Shawn Davies is the founder of All Bases PT. For over 15 years Shawn has been providing a high level fitness service to hundreds of clients of all fitness levels.

The All Bases PT Philosophy

My philosophy for health and fitness is to have a varied approach to programming. Dispersing the impact of rigorous exercise by considering all aspects of movement by improving strength, mobility and body awareness. Essentially, I’m teaching people how to move.

Throughout my years of experience in both training clients and myself I have refined my training method to optimise the way your body moves and feels. I am always striving to achieve perfect balance.

All Bases PT mission is to cover all bases in a fitness service. Some of my clients have been training with me for over ten years. This means their needs have changed. Things like goals, age and stage in life, even health, can change. So my varied approach has allowed them to always keep health and fitness a priority in their lives. 

A consistent training experience doesn’t have to be tiresome or boring. I create an exercise space that’s friendly and fun. Maybe you can even make some friends along the way.
