All Bases PT have a number of group sessions already running. You can find a timetable below, with information on each session lower down the page.
If you have your own group or team that wish to train together in a private group, contact us and we can arrange that.

This session is designed to work your cardiovascular and endurance. We are going to elevate your heart rate and test your sustained effort.
All Bases Martial Arts
Not only have a great work out but learn how to punch, kick, combat footwork and ground defence.
All Bases Sports Club
This is for athletes trying to improve in a specific sports. So the program will contain drills to enhance specific skills and movements.
All Bases Mobility & Stability
This session we give back to the body with mobility drills to give balance to all areas of the body. And supplementary exercises to give stability through all core parts of the body.
All Bases Strength
Here we create a strong foundation by performing fundamental lifts.
