Health and Mobility Screening

Before anyone starts with any program all clients have an initial consultation. Here we go through your goals and motivations for training. Then we conduct a health questionnaire to know where you are at in your health and fitness. We then do a physical screening, assessing posture and mobility to see the individuals physical ability. 

All of this so we have clear idea on what service would suit you best.

Small Group Personal Training

Our group session are kept small with no more than 8 participants per class. This ensures that everyone gets enough attention and coaching in each class.

Every class is structured to have a different focus in each session ie, one session will be a cardio interval session, another a martial arts for fitness session, another a lifting strength session and another a mobility/ flexible session. All of this to ensure that your body is balanced in all areas of movement.

One on One Personal Training

A personalised program, tailor made for your individual needs and goals. Ideal if you have a some physical disadvantages (and we all do) e.g. injury rehabilitation, strength imbalance, weakness in muscle groups or poor mobility.

Also useful if you want to learn specific skills, like how to box, and all the nuanced techniques that come with it, or wanting to know how to lift safely and correctly. One on one personal training can be the way of achieving these goals.

School Exercise Programs

What better time to start learning how to train. We aim to teach kids how to effectively train before they develop bad habits potentially injuring themselves. Sport is amazing…. the skills you acquire throughout your sporting life are endless. We always say you have to earn your right to be on the court, field, mat, ring etc. Strength and conditioning training will only improve your performance.


However, sport is a very narrow way of looking at exercise. Sporting life only exist for a short time. Injuries, age and other responsibilities can all put an end to the pursuit. Exercising outside of the sphere of sports competition is important for a healthy life. We provide training programs for both mobile and in a gym environment options, while keeping it light and fun.
